Enterprise Ethernet still runs over NBN Co's network (in their Enterprise tier), with a formal 99.95% SLA and symmetric speeds up to 10 Gbps. Caznet Fibre is completely independent of NBN — built on our own fibre infrastructure, with speeds up to 100 Gbps and no exposure to NBN faults or congestion. Fibre is the right answer when you need maximum control, very high bandwidth, or sit outside NBN's serviceable footprint.

Standard Business NBN is usually live within 5–15 business days, depending on what's already at your site. Enterprise Ethernet typically takes 8–14 weeks because NBN Co has to physically build fibre to your premises. Caznet Fibre takes 6–16 weeks depending on the distance from existing fibre and site survey outcomes. We provide a realistic timeline once we've scoped your site.

It depends on what your business does. If a 2-hour outage would just be annoying, no. If a 2-hour outage means lost revenue or unhappy customers, yes — and we can supply one. Yes — if you're eligible. NBN Co covers the cost of upgrading eligible FTTN, FTTC and FTTB premises to full fibre (FTTP) when you take a qualifying speed plan. There are no installation charges from Caznet either. The catch: you need to be on (or commit to) a 100 Mbps or faster plan. Check your address for FTTP eligibility.

Business NBN is offered on flexible terms including month-to-month — no lock-in required. Enterprise Ethernet and Fibre Internet have term agreements (typically 12, 24 or 36 months) because we're committing to fibre build and equipment costs. We waive setup fees on 36-month terms to offset the commitment.

Yes — Business NBN and Enterprise Ethernet are available anywhere NBN Co services, which is most of Australia. Caznet Fibre is Adelaide-metro focused but extensions are quoted on request. Our support team is 100% based in Adelaide, but we manage customers across South Australia and beyond.
