In business since 2004
Over 20 years serving South Australian businesses — from small operators to enterprise and government.
100% Adelaide team
Our entire team is in SA. You call us, you speak to someone local — no offshore support, no call centres.
Own local network
We build and manage our own Adelaide network infrastructure — giving us more control over service quality and fault resolution than a reseller can offer.
Government & regulated sectors
We regularly work with local government, health, legal, education and professional services clients across SA.
Who we are
Caznet is a South Australian business telco. We supply internet, phone systems and data centre co-location to businesses, government agencies and enterprise clients across Adelaide and regional SA.
We build and manage our own local network infrastructure across multiple Adelaide data centres — giving us more direct control over service quality and fault resolution than providers who rely entirely on wholesale arrangements.
Clients we work with include:
- Local and state government
- Health and aged care
- Legal and accounting firms
- Schools and colleges
- Retail and hospitality
- Professional services and SMBs
How we work
- Local support, always. When you call, you speak to someone in Adelaide. We don't run a ticket-only support model or route calls offshore.
- Own local network. We build and manage our own Adelaide network infrastructure — so when something goes wrong, we're not just passing your problem on to someone else.
- One team, one invoice. Internet, phones, managed networking, data centre — all from one provider. One contact who knows your setup.
- Transparent pricing. What we quote is what you pay. No mid-contract price rises, no charges you weren't told about.
- No unnecessary lock-ins. We earn your business month to month. Most standard services carry no fixed-term contract requirement.
Industry memberships
Caznet is a member of the bodies that govern Australian internet and telecommunications — not just a customer of them.
APNIC
Asia Pacific Network Information Centre
The regional internet registry for the Asia-Pacific. Caznet's membership supports its participation in the Australian IP address and routing ecosystem.
TIO
Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman
The independent dispute-resolution scheme for Australian telecommunications customers. All Caznet customers can escalate complaints to the TIO if needed.
The peak body for Australian internet network operators. Membership supports Australian peering and on-shore traffic exchange.

Founded Caznet in 2004. Drives the technical and business direction of the company — and still spends time on the tools when it matters. Has been in the Australian telco and IT industry for over 25 years, which shapes how Caznet operates: own network and voice platform, direct relationships with carriers, and services managed end-to-end in-house.
Damon Cunliffe
Operations Manager · Joined 2008
Runs day-to-day operations across accounts, the office and how the business works together. Also product owner of Caznet's software systems, tools and automation — the platforms that underpin provisioning, billing and customer service.
Christopher Kent
Projects Manager · Joined 2014
Caznet's voice specialist — manages all voice projects including Cloud PBX, SIP Trunks, Microsoft Teams Calling and 3CX (Advanced Certified). Works closely with the help desk and engineering teams to scope, plan and deliver.
Bradley Birbeck
