Their existing environment relied on a low-speed Vocus internet connection and on-site servers, limiting performance and creating dependency on local infrastructure.

What we did

Caznet delivered a complete connectivity and communications solution in partnership with AusCloud365, who manages the client's broader IT environment.

A dedicated fibre service was constructed to the Mawson Lakes office, including full civil works, as no suitable infrastructure was available at the site.

This fibre connection links directly to the data centre, where the organisation's systems are hosted within a private cloud environment delivered by AusCloud365.

Caznet also deployed business phone systems across all three locations — Mawson Lakes, Port Pirie, and Whyalla — providing a consistent and reliable communications platform across the organisation.

The solution enables secure, high-speed access to centralised systems while removing reliance on on-site servers.
