The problem

ClickView is an education technology provider delivering video-based learning content to schools across Australia.

As part of their platform, they require infrastructure capable of capturing and processing broadcast television content locally. This required a data centre solution that could support not only standard server infrastructure, but also integration with free-to-air television services — something not typically available in most data centre environments.

They also required reliable local support for hardware deployment and ongoing maintenance, including coordination with vendor technicians.

What we did

Caznet provided data centre colocation services in Adelaide, enabling ClickView to deploy and operate their infrastructure within a secure and high-performance environment.

A key requirement of the solution was enabling access to free-to-air television signals. Caznet provided and integrated a broadcast television antenna into the environment, connecting it directly into ClickView's infrastructure to support their content capture requirements.

During the deployment phase, Caznet received and handled hardware on behalf of ClickView, working closely with Dell technicians to support installation and build-out of their infrastructure.

Caznet also provides ongoing remote hands and remote support services, assisting with hardware maintenance and coordinating with vendor support teams as required.

The result

ClickView operates a specialised infrastructure platform within the Caznet data centre, supporting its content capture and delivery services.

The integration of broadcast television access within the data centre environment enables functionality that would not typically be available in standard colocation facilities.

With local support, remote hands, and vendor coordination in place, ClickView benefits from reliable infrastructure operations without needing on-site presence.
