The process

The software development process can seem complex and frustrating. At Caznet Solutions, we work with you to make it easy. You can expect that a new project will go something like this;

1. An initial consultation is held with the business managers. During this visit we will discuss what the business is, how it operates and the core goals of the business and software project. We will also attempt to identify a basic business model and the key people that work in your organisation. A basic assesment of your existing IT infrastructure will be done at this time.
   
2. Next we will interview each of the key people identified in step one to discuss issues with the current business processes and what they need from the proposed software application.
   
3. We will then take the information we have gained from our discussions to a planning stage involving the developers and the consulting engineer. Once a software project plan has been formulated a formal proposal will be developed. This will be presented to you in order to ensure that every thing required has been covered.
   
4. Once all parties are satisfied with the proposal, the project will begin. Upon completion a review meeting will be held.

Integration

A common problem with computer systems and software development is the lack of compatibility between products. Caznet Solutions has the answer! Our projects aim to integrate your new software system to any existing products that you need to keep in order to reduce double entry and centralise information.
